Are these good quality?
I need cheaper earphones as I don't use them that often. Used to have sennheiser cx 880 and they were amazing. I bought Xiaomi pro HD earphones and they were decent for 30$ but somehow lost them. Now I can decide between Sennheiser for 35 or Xiaomi mi PRO HD for 45$. Any idea?
I haven't tried the Sennheiser, but I own other Sennheiser products. I was never so impressed with the Xiaomi, so for my guess I'd say Sennheiser would be better.
Bought a pair now for $45 - figured it couldn't hurt to get a local warranty after going through a lot of china buds which all fall apart eventually.
Sounds crap. Really tinny. Worse than generic buds that come with phones. Maybe I got a dodgy set. I expected better, and have good memories of the old Sennheiser CX 300ii's which were at the same pricepoint as this one back in the day.
Update: actually that was premature. The buds sound fine on my laptop. I've discovered it's just my phone's jack that is dodgy.
