  • Love to know some real user feedback and call quality

    • Agreed. Can anyone compare to SoundPEATS / QCY T1?

      • +2

I'm not much of an audiophile nor do I have many earphones to compare to (have a pair of Bose QC35s which I obviously can't compare these with), but I'd say $33 is a decent price. The sound quality on these earphones is at least comparable to the earphones in the box that came with my Note 9 - and if you look at reviews I think you'll see people saying the sound quality is passable. I don't have any complaints in relation to battery life or connectivity - works well.

Edit: see some discussion here - https://www.reddit.com/r/Xiaomi/comments/9z3fyp/the_audiophi…

        • Awesome thanks, can u use both as separate units meaning use 1 while other in your pocket and use another when first one is flat?

          • @rokkz: yes you can.

          • @rokkz: Not true.. Everyone makes the same mistake.. Only one of them has the receiver module which then relays to the other earpiece thus creating stereo. You can use just the right one on its own but not the left one on its own. Meaning as you were saying use one while other is charging wont work as the right one has to be outside the box connected to phone and relaying to left one.. Obviously cannot be charged whilst in use..it just shuts off when u put in box

  • Aren't these the ones that have only Chinese language when the buds are taking to you for assistance?

  • There is no such thing as an offical Xiaomi Aliexpress store.

    • +5

Unfortunately that's the store name and you are required to mention the store name in AliExpress posts. Not sure when it changed, but my previous AliExpress posts have been revised by the mods to include the store name, so now I just include it.

This is not a Xiaomi Official Store.

The "Official" is spelled with a "0 (zero)" instead of "O", "MI 0fficial Store"

Ya'll going to receive Air Doots

  • I hope this is genuine. Because I paid GEARVITA two weeks ago at 44USD each!

    • If you've received them, can you comment on the quality/fit/battery life/etc?

Does anyone know if these are likely to stay in when running?

      Thx

  • +1

Good price if genuine. I visited the Xiaomi store in Hong Kong last week, these were USD$35 there.

These looked good but coudln't try them in-store. There are plenty of reviews around though, mostly comparing them with Airpods and concluding they are not quite as good but much better value.

Instead of these, I bought the more expensive Xiaomi model called "Airdots Pro" which are around USD$59. They are shaped more like Airpods and have better sound quality, AD2P compatible, some basic active noise cancelling. I can recommend them.

  • Whats the normal price for these? I just looked on Aliexpress and theres the same product, but cheaper ($31).
    Dont think its a deal

    • Did you add GST?

      • He did

  • Noise cancelling??

  • +1

interested in these but it looks like these are "Redmi Air Dots".. see video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NiNCWWB-AA0.
I didn't know there was a difference… In summary he says the only real difference is with the Redmi air dots you have to press the button to answer/ hang up calls quite hard. Oh and the Redmi type are half the price, would explain why people are reporting that these might be fake?

  • -1

    not cheaper but 'reputable' seller
    https://www.gearbest.com/headsets/pp_009839056462.html?wid=1…

    $37.59 inc shipping

    • Don’t know how you see $37.59. It’s Coming up as $44.79 on gearbest for me. That’s aud with the current 20% off flash sale.

  • "Wireless Earphones + Wireless Charging"

Does the case have wireless charging capability?

    • Yes the case charges the earphones.

      • I am asking id the case itself has wireless charging like QI wireless charging

        • The case has a 300mAh battery and charged via micro USB cable, then the case can be used wirelessly to charge the airdots several times as they have a 40mAh battery.

          • @adr8: One more sorry,
are these Redmi one with button or Xiaomi one with touch controls?

            • @rc005: They're Redmi, this YouTube video explains the differences between the two.

  • says The original Redmi Airdots doesn't include Charging cable! Please choose the option “Charging cable + airdots” if you need a charging cable! do we need one

    • The charging cable is standard micro USB cable, so if you have a spare cable just use that.

        Thanks OP. Buying one

  • I ordered one bit it is still at processing :(

    • I found this deal on another overseas bargain website which had over 2000+ votes so I'd say they've been inundated with a lot of orders.

Maybe send the seller a message asking for an ETA or if you don't want to wait any longer you can ask for a refund.

  • Did anyone get an ePacket tracking code that works on from the seller?
