    Ex long term customer of Manna Beans here. They are a good mob to deal with price wise and their single origin stuff is great, blends less so but there is no denying the value of their once a month kilo deliveries which I had for 5 years or so.

    Probably the biggest hassle was contact with them both here and on their site. Lost count of the emails and private messages here with no return contact from them. Apart from that, good coffee beans for the price.

    Apologies for not being as proactive recently responding to OzBargain deals, we've been having a shift around of roles and Flora and I have been visiting tribal coffee farmers overseas to assist with processing methods, innovation and equipment etc

    We try to respond to deal requests and changes to coffees etc but can sometimes not respond to all the deal change requests by email etc as we had to prioritize the roasting and coffee first ;)

    The best way to coomunicate for OzBargain deals is to leave notes in Paypal or use send funds to [email protected] which will also allow notes to be left in Paypal. These will get seen by the packing team and we will always try to accommodate when possible, even if we are unable to email back to all individual requests.
