Varietal: Caturra
Processing: Washed
Altitude: 1,400 – 1,500 masl

Medium weight, juicy texture & citric acidity. This coffee is very clean, rounded & presents rich sweetness & flavours of orange, green apple, caramel, blackcurrant, plum & a long fresh finish.

Brazil Sao Lucas

Cupping Score: 83
Region: Alta Mogiana, Sao Paulo
Varietal: Yellow Catucai
Processing: Natural
Altitude: 1,250 masl

Full bodied. Bold notes of roasted hazelnuts & caramel with chocolate undertone. Extremely clean & sweet finish. Premium blender natural dried in patios.

  How long can I keep a bag unopened before it goes stale?

    Hi Rosace,

    Generally fresh roasted coffees can last up to a month before the coffee beans start to turn lost the flavours and freshness. This goes for unopened bag, however, some coffee drinkers/experts claimed that when you store the unopened fresh roasted coffee beans in the freezer(like a temporary time-stopper), you can keep the freshness for estimated 3-6 months.
