    I just checked Westfield website - shopping hours showing as 1-9pm however Level 5 eateries will be open earlier.

  It is generally advised that 'ANZAC' should only be used when referring to the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. For other, more modern usages of the word (e.g. Anzac Day, Anzac Spirit, Anzac Centenary etc.), the recommended term is 'Anzac' (as per the linked website usage).
