    Not sure why people get these out of reflex.
    American Academy of Ophthalmology doesn't recommend them, however they will be more traditionalist: https://www.aao.org/eye-health/tips-prevention/are-computer-…

    The BI article has a good coverage of blue-light, and how it is important for our circadian rhythm and good sleep patterns etc.

    Sure you can find a thousand articles that DO recommend them, mostly from Optics companies (that are selling you these glasses)…

    I might get some of these. I have always wanted glasses so I look more intelligent and these will give me an excuse to wear them without just being a power wearing fake glasses. Promotion here I come.
