    A word of warning - I purchased these while they were still clearly listed at $0 (using the 1-click buy), but Amazon still charged me.
    I've had to go through the very painful dispute process - but have incurred nearly $70 worth of charges, when the 1-click buy clearly listed these purchases as $0 at the time.

    Out of all the books I've been charged for I've been able to request refunds for all but one, which is asking me to call Amazon direct.
