If you have a decent reader it's even easier to flick around. You can set up key strokes to go to the last page you were at and you can enter page numbers to go to them etc..
Considering I hardly ever spend any time at home physical books are just too weighty. I wish more publishers would put out technical ebooks.Plus with the hard copy you get a CD with the software and ebook version as well :D

I guess if paying for ebooks is your thing, this is a good deal… I'll stick to hard copies, especially for technical books where you can be very frequently flipping back and forth instead of just reading front to back.
O'Reilly are at least sensible with regard to DRM unlike Apple/Amazon/etc.
