  That’s very cheap. Review seems to be decent (on amazon side)

    It's not true 4K for two reasons. The Sony IMX179 image sensor has a maximum image size of 8MP and the Allwinner V3 processor supports a maximum of 8MP with video up to 1080p@60fps.

    So how is it getting 4K? By a method called interpolation that is explained and demonstrated here.
