    High CL for low ish frequency.

    It's fine if you wanted something cheap, but 3000mhz CL 15 or 3200mhz CL 16 is the sweet spot.

    Dell XPS desktop systems? Considering Dell put DDR4-2666 in their 9th gen intel desktops, these should be okay.
