Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones $69.99 @ ALDI

190

I could be wrong but is this the first time Aldi has brought out wireless noise cancellation headphones.

They've had a wired set before
They've had a wireless Bluetooth set
Both of which I've used and liked
Now they've released wireless Bluetooth with noise cancellation

Apologies if they have released this before, and if I've missed it

15 hour rechargeable battery
One year warranty
60 day satisfaction return warranty
Worthy of its own post

    Decent for the return policy.

The TT ones are better value.

  • This seems to be one of the things you need to be waiting outside the store for. I've never seen stock…

    • When I got it… I was waiting.

      Today? I don’t think it’s worth it.

The Taotronics ones from Amazon are better than the Aldi ones for better pricing.

      • The TT ones are$90 but assuming they come on special?

        • Yeps quite regularly.

          Most recent one:

          • @jlogic: The taotronics do come with airplane adaptors, and an aux cable
The aldi does not seem to have either

Have used the bluetooth ones from aldi, and found them quite comfy

so to get a clearance one for $40 odd or spend a bit more on TT
            decisions decisions

  • Aldi store near me had 1 Bauhn brand and a cheaper sony 700 model both on clearance a week ago.

  • i would be surprised if this is any good

    • They're actually very good for the money. I used these on a return flight to Europe over the new year and they were brilliant.

Excellent for cutting the plane drown down significantly that I could have the audio volume at a sane level and actually get some sleep. I got from clearance to $40 so didn't have high expectations, but was quite pleased with the performance.

  • 15h battery needs constant charging, hate charging my headphones even with 28h battery

    • Plenty of wired ones to select from ;P

      • You could also go with the headphones that allow both wired and wireless. Don't remember the brand and model but they do exist.

Also, thank you docians for the deal

  • Anyone bought these today - any more reviews on sound quality?

    • would like to know as well

am no audiophile, but the wireless headphones which I have used before (no ANR) were similar in sound to the pair of Bose I own

Not comfortable exercising with my Bose as I don't want to ruin the ear pads with sweat

    • Sounds quality, good enough for me. I'm no audiophile, but definitely good enough for $69.00.

      Good points:
      • I was surprised at how good it cancel the train noise this morning commuting to work. And compare to their previous non ANC bluetooth headphone (was at $39.99, I also owned a pair), there are great improvement.
      • The power on/off announce meant are a lot softer compare to the previous one that I own. There's battery level indicator via bluetooth visible on my Android phone.
      Not so good:

Ear cups are a little small(read if you got giant ears), but with ALDI returns policy, you can't go wrong.
