    • Mkaes it AUD 821.94. Still ok price

  • Cheaper from Amazon AU Store after factoring in GST - $768.81 + $36.70 Delivery (Free with Prime)

    • Agreed Richard.

    • Dont you need to pay the GST component with Prime?

GST is included in the price from Amazon AU.

        • Well, that's one thing they've got over ebay at least.

  • Why it is expensive then directly order it from Amazon AU? Which is marked $766.76?

$789 delivered (eBay Plus + PERFECT Coupon) from Computer Alliance Australia

Might be a better, and cheaper alternative for people that don't want to rely on overseas warranty claims etc.

    • I think it's safe to say it's definitely a better/cheaper alternative.

I have the amazon listing as AUD $766.76 inc GST right now, you can do the conversion by adding .au at the end of the deal link and free shipping for PRIME members.

Looks like Amazon dropped the price by $74.73 USD overnight, OP can you please update title.

At the time of this post Amazon is $132.24 cheaper than PCCG and $26.34 cheaper than Newegg AU NOT including their respective shipping costs which are around $30 so this is a good price for the flagship of LGA1151.

  • Why is this a pre-order?

    R0 stepping?

    • The listing on Amazon doesn't state it's a pre-order (at least not anymore).

  • That box looks like a soccer ball.

  • Tempted to get this with the $30 Amazon coupon to upgrade my 8700k.

However the 8700k does 5.2ghz.. Which I'll likely get 5GHz in this and see no real gains in performance.
