Brazilian beans, natural dry processed. In this method, the harvested coffee cherries are dried under the sun. The traditional natural process generates its unique earthiness, chocolate, and slight sweetness. That’s the quality we should look for in Brazilian natural.
Those who enjoy a smooth, mild cup of coffee would tend towards Brazilian beans. Cupping notes exhibit nutty, rich, cocoa flavours with mild acid.

DR Congo Kivu Organic
This offering is organic certified, fully washed coffee from the Isale region of North Kivu near the Rwenzori Mountains in DR Congo.
The Congo coffee industry was at one point much more prominent, but, due to civil war (1998-2003) and continued political instability, the industry all but disappeared. Cooperatives are starting to establish and grow to revitalize the industry and bring back a well-needed source of income to Congolese of North and South Kivu.
Tasting notes of this bean roasted medium exhibit lots of fruit flavours like blackberry, cherry cola, milk chocolate, caramelised sugar, and citrus fruits; sweet with tangy strong acidity and a smooth mouthfeel.

        Thanks for your feedback and interest upsidedownlemon. We offer a different coffee sampler a couple of times a month. Many of our customers enjoy sampling smaller bags of single origin beans from around the globe. If you purchase the beans individually they would be at full price. :)

  These regular deals are a good way to try different coffees before committing to 1kg or whatever.
  Freshly roasted, quick delivery, and the two coffees offered are usually quite different so it keeps it interesting.
