I've done this route business class. It's on a dreamliner so extra marks for that. However it's a very bare bones fit out. There are no screens anywhere. You bring your own entertainment otherwise use the WiFi for their on board app.
Business class is like economy plus on other airlines which for the price is great. It was quiet when I flew so I moved to get a whole row. I would highly recommend it.

you can also bid for upgrade to scootbiz a few days before the flight. $150 usually gets you in.
It’s equivalent to B737 recycle recliner. Appalling product in my opinion. I have experienced it ex ool-sin. Better off aiming for air Asia business that gives you true lie flat.
Sooooo…it’s not Business. It’s half Business. And Scoot Business is already half strength so that makes it a quarter Business.
