Currently, I am using Mate 20 pro, it is a good phone but will be buying Note 10 when released as I find Note line up much more productive for me and also the display quality of Samsung phones are superb.

OP should've gotten the mate 20x instead of the pro. Split screen on the 7.2" is pretty much like having 2 phones. Plus most of the importers throw the pen for free,only downside is pen doesn't mount like note series.
Catch only seem to sell grey imports so watch out on the warranty. You would be better waiting for a 20% discount code from a more reputable ebay seller.
Previously it was $1400 with a free smartwatch (RRP $400), local not grey import. I'd recommend waiting for price drop.
You can get same model on eBay for 1186. With 256gb storage and 8gb ram. If you have student edge 10% off eBay code it's even sweet deal.
