Seems to be a number of people complaining about cashback via both of the sites for groupon which implies to me the issue may actually be with groupon itself. Any comment?

Never (moostly) tracks with Groupon
Never had an issue tracking with Cashrewards. Few issues with a ShopBack though.
I'm the opposite - have had a few issues over the years with Cashrewards but never had any with ShopBack so far (touches wood)
Mine just tracked straightaway using the cashrewards app.
I did have an issue last year with the website but never had a problem using the app.
I used the Cashrewards app and clicked through to Groupon site. Purchased using the SALE code which worked but purchase hasn't reflected on CR as yet. Hope it comes through

While I have had issues with Cashrewards cash back before, honestly their support service was amazing at resolving my issues
Anyone noticed ShopBack offering 16% cash back…perhaps some competition here…
