Horrible delivery service. They gave me a delivery time of 2pm - 5 pm. ETA kept changing. Last updated eta 5:29pm. The order never arrived.
I was pretty happy with my delivery this morning, I live in an apartment, the dude buzz the door bell right on time, I said that I'd come down to get my box, he says he could bring it up to my floor. Can't complain!

I've had this twice now. Promise delivery at a certain time and they have not met it. Hard when i get it delivered to work.

Their quality has dropped, possibly due to all the discounts to remain competitive.
I have stopped ordering from them, just make simple salad to save time and much healthier.

I am the same, put in all the new meals and getting a message that says NEWFAVES discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart
I had the same with 9 meals. Then I tried 10 meals total in the cart and it worked. Didn't get the snack but got 10 meals for $59 as one was free - "TRY ONE FREE MEAL! (-$8.95), then NEWFAVES discount was $21.55 off. You don't need all $8.95 meals for it to work; I swapped 2 $8.95 meals out for 2 $9.95 meals (for some variety) and total was $61.
I came back to website later in the day and this seemed to work. Got 10 new meals $8.95 for $59.
I was also lacking variety, only 3 that were of interest to me.
