    Shopback has stopped tracking Groupon for me 😤

      Same case here. Shame as that Shopback pink bar at the top of the phone should have been useful, but there’s still no guarantee of tracking even if u have that

    • I take a photo using my husband phone of my final screen when I buy through the ShopBack app. Be sure that when /if you do get tracking during these extra cb events that you check the cb in the tracked email as last time it was just taking at the normal rate during a 15%,and I had to ask about it

          ShopBack or Groupon via ShopBack doesn't let me due to "security reasons" (Android)

      • I am surprised the screenshot helped for you. The automated email response I received said "this investigation will take no longer than 35 days" so even with a screenshot they can take this long to resolve it.

        • I sent the screenshot in when I raised the case so that they can't really fluff around it. I got time to wait but if they say no, Groupon said you didnt buy anything then at least I have that.

      Also did not work for me the last time I used Shopback with Groupon. And I did everything correctly. So everyone should beware. I've never had a problem with Cashrewards.

      I'm still waiting for a response to the investigation I filed with Shopback and it's been about 2 weeks now since I emailed them about it.

      Would be great if the rep would help.

          I think that’s fair wait to get the money but they should resolve the matter right away.

        • You would think that at least they should be able to complete their investigation in a timely manner (a couple of weeks) and then be able to let us know if cashback will be paid out.

          According to the automated email I received when I sent details of the missing cashback, "this investigation will take no longer than 35 days". So you should receive a response by then and if not then I would contact them again asking for it to be resolved. I have the 35 days date marked in my calendar to help me remember to email them.

  • shopback is very good and efficient last time I had a problem.
    Check the tracking history that you actually being tracked. Then you will get your money back for sure.

  • I’ve only had one rejection from about 15 purchases. So it’s been alright, I think I’ve even had one confirmed after I got a refund from Scoopon due to business closing down . So far so good for me

  • I lodged a ticket on the missed tracking of my purchase during last 15% deal, and then they tracked my order but only 5% cashback. I sent them another email today and hopefully I can get the other 10% back

    I would go with Cashrewards because they always track my purchase right but with Shopback, you have to chase for some small amount I don't really care. I just want to shop online and cashback is accumulating without chase up.

    Noobs don’t know how to use cashback and then its easier to blame others, obviously. Shopback is great. Just learn to use it properly

    • Not me. I have been getting Cashback for many years and always follow the rules exactly as they are set out. I have never had a problem with Cashrewards, only Shopback. And I would assume that others who have had similar problems with Shopback are also just like me.

      Yep me too, not working and their web-chat seems to be down here.

      Update: Was able to get a 10% refund to my account for the amount spent via chat.
