How would they know? If anything goes wrong within the warranty period RMA'ing it won't be an issue.
They would be suspicious it if was being sold to a corporate company and being sent back from the corporate company. I did come across a clause for Kogan where warranty is voided if used in a corporate environment.
IS that for TV's for PC monitors?
TV manufacturers (Samsung, Sony, etc.) include such in their warranty statements, but I've never come across that or known it to be enforced for PC monitors.
@xuqi: PC monitors
@lomie: Don't buy a Kogan monitor would be my suggestion.
Samsung Australia warranty info below:
https://www.samsung.com/au/support/warranty/
Check under "PC & Office", "3 years warranty for under 12 hours use a day."

@xuqi: A home user would probably have it running longer then corporate user
Pretty sure its not legal to exclude warranty based on how you used a purchase corporate or otherwise.
Who would use a kogan in a corporate environment anyway
It doesn't change the warranty. You could have at home running 24/7
Personally I would never buy a TN panel larger than 24" because once the screen gets too large, it can be hard to find a sweet spot that gives decent colours over the entire panel (but then, that's because I prioritize color reproduction over refresh rate)
The benefit of being colour blind is that you can get cheap screens :)
The benefit of being blind is you save money from not needing any screens.
Speaking from experience TN still looks awful on a 24.5" screen next to an IPS and there's no reason to use one over IPS unless you play competitive games.
I compared the qled version of this to the Asus ips before purchase and even the tn was so much richer colours and the ips looked washed out compared even at the ips full brightness
I have the qled 4k 28" version and can say you have no idea what your on about as it looks perfect

What is Samsung's warranty conditions in relation to using this monitor in a corporate environment where the monitor is used for extended periods everyday throughout the year?
