  • $4 Cashback offer consists of the usual $0.50 cashback plus an additional $3.50 bonus that will be credited to your account within 24 hours of transacting.
  • $4 Cashback offer is valid from 12.00am Wednesday 20th March to 11.59pm Thursday 21st March (AEDT).
  • You can only claim the $4 Cashback offer twice (once per day) during the promotional period. You will continue to earn $0.50 cashback for each additional order you place for the day.
  • Offer is only redeemable through the ShopBack and Hey You apps.
  • Cashback will only track for Hey You app version 4.4.2.290 and above, therefore you should update your app to the latest version.
  • You will not qualify for this offer if you a redeeming a loyalty reward, or redeeming credits from coupon codes that are not listed on ShopBack (referrals, welcome offers etc)
  • Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and Cashback forfeited

    Does this stack with ShopBack's normal cashback of $4 for new customers? I.e. $4 + $4 if I order a coffee today?

      If you're a new Hey You customer, you'll only get $4 overall ($0.50 + $3.50), not $4 + $4.

      Same. Although the ts & cs say that the $4 cash back is the usual 50c then an additional 3.50. I’m assuming that the 3.50 will come through at some point soon after the 50c….

    How long does it take to track? I updated both apps, opened the Hey You app from the Shopback app but havent received any notification almost 2 hours later. I have different email addresses for the two apps - not sure if that makes a difference.

      Using email IDs which are different between ShopBack and any store do not impact tracking whatsoever.

    My cashback of $0.50 is not yet showing after purchase made around 2pm yesterday. I only downloaded the app last week I think so thought it was latest version but was able to update later in the day (post 2pm). Does that mean that I don't qualify? I'm not sure what version I was using but hoping that it was at least 4.4.2.290?

    Yesterday I received $0.50 around an hour after order and $3.50 overnight.
    Today I order a coffee at 2PM but still no tracking so far.
    My friend also put another order on Groupon and also no tracking yet.
