Worlds finest arkansas stone, no grit listed, no mention of why its the only one that polishes the edge out of all avaliable products…

    • There's a Clinton joke in there somewhere. I'm not sure which one of them.

What a meaningless load of shite.

Don't buy this stuff, no real information is given.

I used to be a chef, if you want a stone to use to give it a try, King is a solid starting point:

If you prefer rods, my old head chef used to use this, and I'd occasionally use it. Also worth trying:

    • +1 for the king combo stone, quality product of Japan, pretty good price on Amazon. Was $65-70 on eBay last time I bought one

      • $49.45 right now…tempting

  • I have been chasing one of the electric knife sharpeners from houseofknives for 3 of their sales now. The 50% off items are always sold out, despite visiting the site within 2 hours of the sales being posted.

Their response has been, they only have 1 item.

    Very Disappointing.

  • Or wait for the Aldi ones when they come up on the weekly special. 4 grits from coarse to fine. Saw the local butcher walk out with 6 of them the last time Aldi had them
