    What is your companies description of a "factory 2nd."?

    NOT INTERESTED in a 2nd hand returned used machine, just no!

      Hi, 8200, its not for everyone, some people will only buy 100% new, however our refurbished machines are refurbished to a amazing standard, ask anyone who has purchased some of our items, they are very happy.

      Each item describes what "factory 2nd" means at the top of the description. All the ones I looked at had:

      So not 2nd hand or used.

        I saw that description but it was under a ‘clearance stock’ item. The factory seconds ones I looked at specified they may be refurbished.

    How come the price of the factory second higher end coffee machines have recently gone up? e.g. ECAM 650.55.MS was $1049 now $1299, ECAM 650.75.MS was $1149 now $1399, ECAM 650.85.MS was $1249 now $1499?

      Great heaters, and the box damage in most cases is a shipping label was ripped off and the retailer cannot display in store so returned to us.

      I recently bought a similar unit to supplement my AC during the heat wave, it did help a little making things comfortable but it did make the temperature noticeably hotter in the room. I didnt use it that much and I am not sure if i will keep using it.

      Out if curiosity what are you looking to use it for?
