3x free training courses as part of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) offering at Cisco Live 2019.

I believe courses are part of Qwiklabs online learning offering so your mileage may vary.

A cloud doesn't seem like a sturdy platform. I usually specify steel for my platforms.
