    • From web site: Go to "Buy eGift card" and the first Prezzee card one with a "bonus offer" bookmark. I believe it would similar with the app.

    The website was so slow compared to usual while placing my order. But I finally got one thanks :)

    Edit: now when I try to "show card" I get a 502 error bad gateway. Good luck to everyone trying to get their gift cards!

      You should check your email, the gift card could have arrived :)

      The bonus card is only sent to your email and not automatically added to your wallet - make sure you add to your wallet!

    i thinks you need to hit reload if you get a 502 after payment - at least that is what worked for me

    Ordered from 2 different accounts via the app.
    No email or bonus card for the first one. $100 card added immediately.
    Received email & the bonus $10 card for the second one.

    Edit: Bonus card came through for the first one hours later.

    Tried creating a new account for my wife and purchasing through her account, credit card got charged, but the transaction failed according to Prezzee and no gift card.

    • Yeah, I got Unfortunately we were unable to complete your Prezzee Order but my card didn't get charged. Not sure why.

      Ir's good they take it off than letting people purchase and not get the bonus.

      • Fair enough BUT it wasn't off. I selected it while it was there, created an account, Verified etc and only then got the

        That's not cool as went though the effort of setting up an account to begin with!

          • @WhyAmICommenting: Called them just after it occured and they said they woukd look into it. Still waiting to hear back :-) Not a big deal and more as a matter of interest what went wrong considering it failed only after paying. Time will tell (or not)?

            • @Borg: Definitely email if you don't hear back tomorrow. No one ever calls back these days (almost)

    • Contact them:via email [email protected] or call (02) 9093 2777 (Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm AEST, excluding public holidays).

    • Try to log in via the app.

      • Ignore my comment…REMOVED.

        • the only way to change your phone number is to send them an email with a written request
