  I don't like to neg stuff generally, but you're better off going to /r/bodyweightfitness and following one of their reccomended routines.

  Freeletics has a lot of dynamic movements (kipping chins and kipping handstand push-ups (wtf…), lots of jumping). That isn't all bad, but it's def an avenue to injury if not careful. Especially as you're doing this stuff at home by yourself.

  There are smarter ways to workout.
