Castlery 20% off selected furniture. I'm tempted to buy a new bed but never bought from this company and they only have a showroom in Sydney. Live chat said they accept 14 returns but I'd have to pay for shipping in both directions (even though shipping is free?) which would cost about $154. Hopefully someone finds this deal useful

I've had absolutely amazing customer service from them.
The contracted freight company (Allied Pickford I think) failed to out it in a truck the day that I got notification to schedule for delivery. I had arranged to work from home that day. The freight company was incredibly difficult and said bad luck.
Castletry ended up arranging another courier to go pick it up from the original freight company and deliver it to me.

I’ve just bought adoring table from th. Great quality and good customer service.
They published a sale a week after I bought. Emailed them about it and they refunded me the difference.
I bought a new range lounge from them and found faults in the material within weeks. They almost immediately arranged a full replacement as it's a manufacture fault, but still waiting to take delivery (8-10 weeks in so far).
So neither for or against at this stage.
Their furniture looks beautiful and is well constructed, in their show room.
I've bought some shelving and a bench in one purchase and a large mirror in another and both times items were totally as described, really well packaged and delivered to my door by courier (in Bendigo, which sometimes is hard to get delivered to without exorbitant shipping charges - Castlery at times does free shipping everywhere, so that is when I buy if I want something). Good responsiveness to emails too. But to be honest if I was buying a sofa/lounge I'd want to go sit on it/feel it before buying, just to be sure - the idea of potentially sending a large piece of furniture back seems way too much trouble. But overall I'd definitely recommend them if you're happy to buy without seeing/trying first (they also have photos of some of the items that people who have bought them post of their own homes, which I found really helpful). The items I have look good and are of good quality. Hope this helps with your decision.
Purchased quiet a few pieces of furniture from castlery. The quality is as good if not better than other popular brands I've seen. Prices seem a bit high but I guess postage has already been included in the cost. The Cliff shelf is really nice and I'm waiting for delivery for an Albert Bookshelf. Will purchase from again.
Anyone had a postive experience with these guys? Their reviews are pretty sketchy
