Good price considering Jb have it for $69, and if N'Sane Trilogy is anything to go buy this will hold it's value well.

Amazon only seem to have it on the PS4 and Xbox versions for now as the Switch version is sold out currently. Amazon also price beat plus cash rewards.

so you would like to buy a game that drops in price 4-5 days after release? no- re: Fallout, Grand Turismo

yep, because your looking to complain at a description of a deal when you've been on this website for 3 years and posted 0 deals. I'm sure your contribution to this website is welcomed by many…

            • @petry: 15% off of the RRP, and delivered "barely a promotion let alone a deal, and certainly not a bargain"?

Dude, just take it on the chin and admit that you hadn't thought about post-release price drops. Stop acting like a child who can't handle being called out. It's certainly no big deal to us and readers aren't likely to hold that against you; you might even still regain some rep despite your last few comments.

this post was a ozgameshop listing from uk before it got edited with amazon

Just note that Switch Version doesn't have an official release date.

  • +2

4 months out and people are still posting deals like this.

Wha are the benefits of pre-ordering this early?

    • +5

Amazon price beat, other then that, have no idea.

  • no point pre ordering this early when retail stores while have it cheaper closer 2 release

    • amazon will have it at the same price because they match retail prices up until release

      That's where you're wrong kiddo!

Amazon match all the major retailers so in the past I've had games matched at Gamesmen 5% off eBay deal for a pre order which is then lower than any launch price. If it's a game you want and have Prime you can't go past Amazon. Lowest price and release date delivery.

      • i was talking about ozgameshop which is what this post was before they edited it 2 amazon….

  • Do we even know if its aiming for 60fps yet?

    • I haven't seen anything confirmed, but not too hopeful on how well a 4 player split screen can perform. I haven't got many 4 players, is there any 60fps 4 player split out?

  • Having been out of the gaming scene for a bit - and just starting get back into it. This is a remaster isn't it? So its an old game but being released at full price. Is that a common occurrence?

    • +1

Pretty significant overhaul though, not just a resolution bump i.e. Burnout Paradise.

    • The old game is currently selling pre-owned for $40-50 on Ebay, so $55 ($50 with cashback) seems like a good price for a brand new game with better graphics plus online mode

      • ps1 not ps2 - does anyone buy these ps1 games anymore?

    • +2

Remastering a game this old is basically like starting from scratch, I'm ok with the price.

It's not like Nintendo releasing a 6 year old game for more than original RRP

Sorry to be that guy, but since no one else is screaming it,

Where's the Switch version, you cowards?!?!

    • If it is anything like the Crash Trilogy release it will come to other platforms later after launching on PS4 first.

    • The Crash switch port was just shocking, I'd wait for reviews on that one.

      • +1

Really? I burned through the trilogy at launch on both PS4 and Switch and, while it obviously wasn't as pretty, I thought it ran just as well and played fine on Switch. Of course, I haven't really played either since their respective launches, so it could be my memory, but I really didn't recall it being that bad, or bad at all, on Switch.

    Hope this sells well.
Would be amazing to be able to consistently find online races. Won't need to get my multi - tap and 4 mates over that way.
