Just saw this on Dan Murphy currently with 10 hours members only offer. For Rose wine lovers I think this price $15.90 1.5L is incredible for Le Chat Noir.

Other members only offer Claymore God is a DJ Riesling 2017 $9.90 another great value IMO

            @Yaren24: dunno, i'm no wine connoisseur (or Master chef) but i usually leave a bottle in fridge for a cpl mths before i use it all.. It's only for cooking after all…

                I've drunken bottles of wine that were open (refrigerated) for 1+ year, i'm still here…!

                Worst case it will turn into vinegar, like u said earlier.

                Food poisoning generally comes from bacteria, not stale wine…

                  @Bunsen: Thank you man, I will go to Dan Murphys and buy a bottle of red wine and leave it in the fridge, red wine takes bolognese sauce to another level. I really like it.
