    Bought already, although not an American whisky lover.

    Included bottle of water, whisky nosing glass, & whiskey samples won me over.

    Same price for 1 or 2 tickets, so don't buy 1! Make a new friend over a few drinks.

    Went to the Melbourne one.. amazing value for $10 drank several nips.. Although after a few hrs they all started to taste the same.. And floated out.

      +1. I was peated out! I must have drunk a bottle all up. Got home at 8.30pm. Wife got home at 1am after a night out to find me on the couch next to a bucket of vomit.

      It's amazing value and well worth it. Almost would pay full price!

        I baulked at the price when I saw this advertised a while back, so good to hear that the tastings are generous enough to be worthwhile for those that have paid full price.

        I would only have gone with my husband for company as a) I don't drink whiskey and b) pregnant lol so never would have paid full price but for $10.95 I was almost tempted to grab 2 tickets in case our other plans fell through!

      Was on last year. I went and it was good for the Promotix price. Wouldn't pay full price - it is "advertising" afterall… Also went to Gin! The Show (which was better IMHO).

    It is targeted to coincide with the expiration of last years 12 month free membership. Now £35 (cant find dollar button, wife must have taken it with all my money)

    Dang! I'd have snapped this one up in a flash if my Dr. hadn't just put me on medication that prohibits me from having alcohol for the next two months. I've been to a couple of SMWS events in Brisbane, which are considerably more expensive, and found them completely worthy of every cent.

    I just got an email and says tickets open to all members now not just VIP. Sure enough I just scored 2 tickets to the previously sold out session of 12pm for $10.95 and I'm a free member
