KFC is running the $10 popcorn chicken bucket promo again. You can add 2 large sides for $5.95 (Large Chips, Large Gravy, Large Potato and Gravy, Large Coleslaw, 1.25L Drink). If I remember correctly from the last promotion 1 of these buckets is about 80 pieces of popcorn chicken.
The $2 large chips will be starting around the 19th of march, will be app only like previous promotions.
At least you can walk off some of it on the way there and back.

My only complaint about pop corn chicken is that it's too small to be dipped into dipping sauces. Nuggets are perfect for this. But for $10 I'll take the pop corn chicken thank you.
This is as much bullshit as the 24 nuggets $10. The box is incredibly small and weighs nothing. I was shocked when I picked it up. I bet a piece of chicken has more chicken in it than 5 nuggets or 10 popcorns.

If you're the kind of person regularly ingests the amount of calories in an bucket of popcorn chicken and 2 sides for a single meal, then surely this would actually be cheap compared to the other options available to maintain your weight.
A bucket of popcorn chicken I would say is a snack not a meal.
The bucket itself is over 1200 calories. Factor in the sides and you have close to the daily recommended caloric intake in a single meal. You must be the size of a housing estate if you think the bucket is just a snack and not a meal.

@bert-lifts: In the App anytime you can use the Find a KFC and search for a store by entering the capital city.
As QLD gets the deals Monday (Early) we often do this to see what happens Tuesday, unless it has been already announced.

To those commenting about the bucket size and pieces etc. Every time I've gone to kfc and ordered the popcorn chicken bucket in the past, they just gave me 2 large popcorn chicken instead of the bucket.

It's the equivalent to 2 Maxi Popcorn Chicken boxes. Back when I used to work at KFC years ago, we would use plastic moulds which were the same size as the cardboard boxes when scooping and putting into the Snack Boxes. They probably use a similar method now.
I haven't received a Large bucket since I was a teenager when ordering one of those feast buckets. Always comes in boxes.

I suspect a very high amount of fats and oils compared with thier normal unhealthy fried chicken.
Always tastes salty to me; just like the negs you got.
Ordered this last night & was pretty happy as the bucket was completely full to the top, previous times about 3/4 or so full which is about normal.
I guess since there was less than an hour before closing they thought they may as well serve generously rather than be left with more excess food to throw out. (Or do employees get free kfc left overs at closing time?)
If they don't fill it up properly, you can complain and they will do it properly. My store atleast requires them to fill it up all the way to avoid complaints.

Normally we can get a preview of the new Tuesday specials by looking at QLD on a Monday, but I suspect due to the public holiday we won't.
