    A lady called me earlier today. Had a brief chat about insurance options and she then proceeded to add the 1000 Qantas points.
    So yeah, you will need to have a chat at least before getting the points credited

  Thats unfortunate. I received a call 2 days post registering and was credited 1000 points by the end of the call.
