  I'm not familiar with this brand, but thinking of grabbing some for work lunches (hopefully people don't steal them from the fridge freezer in the communal office kitchen). Do these come up ok in the microwave, or do they need heating in a steamer?

    They do need to be steamed.

    Microwaving them would make them rubbery rocks. More or less.
