  genuine question, how much better are these over a BLF Q8, Thorfire C8S or S40S?

  I mean, seems pretty comparable and the Thorfire stuff is pretty good quality?

    The overall fit and finish is better than the Thorfire lights I've seen, and they're generally more reliable. They UI is also inventive in a different way, and the customer service is brilliant.

    Aside from that, they're flashlights. Click one end, light comes out the other. I like them because of the UI, the reliability and the fact that customer service is Australian (the local dealer) and will fix whatever the issue is if one arises.
