Same here. Wife’s relatively unused account got 2x of the $20 vouchers. My other ancient UK account got 2x of the £5 vouchers. I bought AU eBay gift cards with them so I don’t have to deal with the promo code expiring.
Yeah, I had my phone number connected to my eBay account and my telco (Optus) kept sending me offers for $10 eBay vouchers, got about 4 of them and used them all on my regular eBay account then one day I stopped getting the offers and started getting text messages directly from eBay with 5% & 10% off vouchers. About 2 weeks later I received another text message saying I had a $20 voucher in my eBay account messages but when I logged in I couldn't find anything so I contacted support only to find out my number was linked to another account which I never used. Strange yet smart targeting & analytics if you ask me.

Recently just got a $20 free voucher from ebay for an account I haven't use in about a year. It was displayed at the top of MyEbay summary.
The last deal said this was targeted towards New/Inactive Users.
It's probably the same as the inbox email says they haven't seen me in a long time

Got no email saying it was there, it just appeared at the top of my ebay summary. Had a couple of 20% off show up there too.
None of my accounts have an email. I think I signed into them the other week trying to buy gift cards with the $5 voucher so I guess they’re no longer inactive accounts. Normally one of my accounts would always have one of these vouchers posted
You're lucky to have voucher that expires after 13 days!
I also had a $20 voucher recently during the xmas period but the time between email notification & expiry was about 24 hours!
It would be very nice to have a longer notification period.
Still not a single email in all my time of using ebay. I'm not even that active and only purchase something every few months.
From my experience, you need to have not bought or sold anything for over 12 months to be eligible to get these targetted offers.
Got a few as well. Looks like the account had not had any purchases for a year. I have found ebay do not email you, only see the voucher when log into that account and displace on the main page. Also there was one that had expired a few days ago but ebay listed the new one with longer expiry.

I got this voucher too for the first time ever! This is on my regular account which definitely is quite active. Needed some display cables so worked out perfectly.
