This is a RODEcaster a new product by Rode that came out last November. The relatively new product hasn't been on sale before and this is by far an exceptional price for this groundbreaking piece of equipment. It's certainly a specialised piece and perhaps not something that would interest everyone, but I certainly bought one for myself. There's only two left as of me writing this, good luck!
