    I didn’t buy one but usually the credits from Amex came with an email confirmation and credits on the account take about a week or so.

    the amex credit appeared the next business day for me.

    I haave 3 cards that I saved the domayne offer on, and purchased $750 worth of gift cards on each. Email notification came through pretty much straight away, and the $150 credit appeared the next business day.

      I am looking at getting an amex card to take advantage of some of the amex credit deals coming through. Are they restricted to certain amex cards or will any one of them do?

  Shipping to CBD Melb is $199. Interestingly earlier this week the shipping was $49 (before the TV went on special). HN shipping is $22.
