  I reckon you don't need to spend this sort of money for any appreciable difference in vacuum cleaners, that Dyson has done well with build brand recognition.

Not sure what happened, but looks like they've jacked the price? I bought it Saturday night for $509 plus postage using the code (less another 15% with gift cards!). Great deal while it lasted.
