  This a Chinese based company, of course they will be competitive with regards to price, although the quality and support is to question. Too many times we hear of customers who buy from overseas companies who neglect to offer any support or warranty for that matter. Home Security Online is Australian owned and operated

  Check their disclaimer. Australian Competition and Consumer Commission exist for this very reason

    Your business has been around about 9 months and your website has been around about 1 month, if that.

    The ACCC doesn't automatically know if a business is dodgy or not. Very few brand new businesses are flagged by the ACCC.
