They post their coupons here - https://www.costco.com.au/coupons - Strange that these new offers aren't posted on the Costco site as yet.
Unless stated, the coupons are valid at all sites in AU. They generally run for a couple of weeks each and normally there's only one coupon sheet available, whereas right now there's 3 on offer until the 20th.
Stores still do their own individual product clearance prices, but they don't get posted on the Costco site, only here on OzB.
They are moving to a new ordering website soon.
