      I was NOT one of the Targetted but still applied as I seemed to match the criteria. My TTV2 arrived last week.

      Just today I received a second TTV2! Two for price of none!!

      Wow. I still haven’t got mine but I’m not targeted. It makes sense now why they were giving away Telstra TV 2s though. As Telstra TV 3 is out in a week or so I think? If it’s not out already…

    Just received my Telstra TV2!
    Didn't receive promotional email but registered at the same day that the deal was on anyway.
    I am not even a Telstra customer; just have a Telstra ID from 10 years ago!
    Received the shipping notification on 8th of March; it said that the sender is Greeneagle. Had no idea what's that and it turned out to be from Telstra.
    Very happy Telstra not-customer!

          Emailed them twice for following up why I haven't received it yet. Everytime they asked for Telstra ID, name and address. I guess they didn't bother checking and just sent another one…

            @KB57: I received this after I informed them I was following up on why I haven't received mine yet: "Can you please confirm if you received an email with a Telstra TV Upgrade Form or did you go on to the upgrade section of the website and filled in your details?".

            Any advice on what to say?

              @slosh: No idea, they asked me for my contact details when I emailed them.
              Did you receive the promotional email?
              Just answer yes because I think they cannot find out if you have received it or not; they would have cross checked it if they could…

                @KB57: They will probably ask for the confirmation email when you ordered. Some people weren't getting them though.
