Just went to the store and found this on special again, tried this a while ago when it first came out (or I found it) and prefer it over new Moccona. Saw a comment in the recent moccona deal that it has "residue" in the cup, that's true, it's the ground coffee they're putting in it, I don't mind it personally.

Yep, I bought some of this to try at this price and there's little difference between it and the old blend 43 dirt.
Even Coles-brand stuff is better.
I find it too weak…
Need to add more coffee just to give it flavour

Well it is supposed to be strong premium grade coffee. Don't know what happened.
I saw a fair trade equivalent in aldi for $3. Has to be better than this rubbish!
I used to love their Nescafé Barista Style (Smooth). They’ve discontinued it now. After trying all the gold variants of the new Nescafé range, some moccona branded as well, still didn’t like any of them. Then finally I settled on Alcafe fair trade coffee from Aldi, cheap but great! I am now sticking to the +/- $3.80 per 100g coffee from Aldi. Loving it
Nescafe have destroyed their Nescafe Gold range with the new Nescafe Gold range. The taste and quality of this coffee has been significantly compromised. I am sure Nescafe sales figures are suffering because of it. Not interested even at $5 for 200g.
