At last a true bargain for those in the West! This is a kick-ass OLED tv - I cannot recommend anything better than this for a 65"OLED.

    • True bargain? Still very expensive when you could get a better all round 65" OLED in the LG C8 for $2,999.

All round? Yep, if you want DV box tick which in the real world has little difference over non-dynamic HDR metadata.
The Panasonic is the better TV for pure colour accuracy and calibration (and motion).
This or the Sony would be the best OLED choices, but the Sony is much more expensive, so IMO you can't beat the Panasonic.

Yeah. Got the 55" pana for $1671. Couldnt bring myself to go to $3k for the 65"

When you can practically buy two 55in for price of 1 65in avoid until a better deal comes up

      • $1,671 is the cheapest price I've ever heard. What that a straight up transaction or are you including some sort of rebate/cash back?

It was $1716 + $55 delivery when video pro had 20% off.

          I had a 10% off 5× $200 ebay giftcard from ebay uk.

So all up i paid $1671.

You better not check the price of the LG 77" Oled then…

  • If you're going to get this, factor in the cost of a sound bar. The sound from the downward facing speakers is too weak even for the 55" (which I own) and this has the same 40w setup. The picture is amazing though. With a sound bar this is an incredible TV.

  • The Good Guys in Mandurah would do $1720 for the 55" or $3145 for the 65".
    I went the 65".

    • Could you post a receipt? That's bloody good price for WA. How hard did you have to haggle them?
