Went to target(Pacific Fair) they didnt have any on shelf. asked an assistant and she said they had plenty in the back.

  It's a really bad update to FIFA 18 tbh. FIFA 18 wasn't the be all and end all of football games but it did a lot of things quite well without any glaring issues such as not being able to pass in online games. This year's game is a tiny improvement in many ways but a massive step back in passing. They tried to make passing more skillful but they failed terribly and made the game more akin to pinball in the midfield area or any congested areas in fact. It results in a shambles of a game when played online or even split screen but it's more noticeable online as the lag just makes it mission impossible to make the simplest of passes.
