    Purchased a pair before xmas. Came really well packed, carry case, cord and original manuals. Appeared to be brand new only missing retail packaging which was going in the bin anyway.

        Correct refurbed but last purchase did not have 1 scratch/mark on them (a month ago). Previous order was the same as new condition. Maybe i was just lucky but mates receieved them as new as well.
