Was browsing the playstation store and found this.
Believe this is the cheapest so far if you want to get into the game(albeit it being a digital copy)

  Please becareful if you want to play with friends at different region (e.g. Asia), because this year PES2019 is region locked and I cannot play the friendly match with my friends at hong kong anymore, bad!

    I own FIFA 19 this year, it's terrible. Playing pinball in midfield is the biggest load of crap that EA has ever dropped on us. The passing is simply rubbish, I'm rubbish at it this year yes but it isn't just me it's everyone including pros that dislike the new passing.

  Football games have become stale. FIFA is dying to me and PES just doesn’t have the appeal like it used to have
