    I know nothing about TV tech. But had a look on Palsonic website and it says: "Progressive Scan up to 1080P". Is that the same thing? I couldn't find anything else with a "p" reference.

    I would like a cheap larger TV to replace my 31" and Ozbargain is were I look for recommendations. $299 is a great price and I can easily pick up from Mentone, but don't want it if it is going to be rubbish. RRP is $449

      It's pretty bad form by the Rep to log off 4 minutes after posting the deal. Over 17 hours later and still nothing. Probably lost a lot of sales by not clearing up this question straight away.

        I can't find any reference to limitation via HDMI anywhere else but haven't heard back from the rep yet.
