  Is there any reason to keep 11.3 and soundhax? Or better to update to 11.9 and use frogminer?

    You don't 'keep' 11.3. The 3DS updates to 11.9 as part of the jailbreak process. I'd use soundhax as its faster and doesn't need a pc to mine the key.
