For the ebgames sale if I remember I got a disc but also a code for steam - which is what I used of course because I don't even have a CD drive. Could be the same here.

For this price absolutely go for it without any hesitation! but for the AAA price they asked on launch is a fkn joke. ($90 on steam hahaha) They probably learned from their lesson which is why the new Wolfenstein is gonna be $40.

The new wolfenstein is 40 because it's only a mid sequel much like the old colossus was, it has nothing to do with 2's critical reception.

This game is seriously fun. Sure it doesn't have the same vibe as the others but the story definitely has some twists that are far from being cliche.

I genuinely don't remember any 'twists' from this game, that's how boring I found it. The biggest 'twist' I remember was the black man having sex with the fat obese nazi chick in the submarine (yes, that's in the game…)
A certain action that resulted in certain extra abilities without spoiling the story? You definitely don't see that happening in other games.

I wouldn't call that a twist at all with how the game was going. I think in the first game when your friend got his brain ripped out and turned into a robot (Ed…ward?) was a bigger twist that I did not expect.

God I hate this game, just finished it on Xbox One X (4K) and the input lag and aiming is horrendous.
Along with the useless map and some of the worst level design ever.

Are there any other game modes besides single player campaign like maybe some challenge mode or skill levels for something to do after completing the campaign?
I know there is no multiplayer at all so it is a hard buy for me but have heard really great things about it and Wolfenstein series is a classic.
Can anyone confirm lack of multiplayer or co-op elements or anything extra besides linear straight forward cinematic campaign gameplay?

If I remember there are some things where you can hunt nazi captains or something like that but I could be wrong. Also there's a minigame where you can play an old wolfenstein game/clone, that was pretty cool.

The difficulty is inconsistent in this game. I found myself ramping it up and then getting stuck and turning it down again. Then I got bored and put it up again. At least it's not actually the SJW nonsense people were claiming it to be.
