Great little device.
The top version here, the 8Gb and 128 GB storage.
Don't forget Cashback.

Agree, although have never seen this on their eBay site. This deal is comparable to the $800 surface laptop (which I got), this device is a lot more portable (especially school kids) at half the weight. Also have the benefit of charge with USB-C and power bank.
Don't forget 5.6% cash rewards. I think it will be cheaper on boxing day. There is also a deal on base model Gen 5 surface pro and its keyboard for $999.
Just be aware that for $849, you're getting an Intel Pentium 4415Y, throw all the ram and storage you want at this but you're not exactly winning marathons
Love the 1800 x 1200 display.
But pen not included, so $990 total.
Same as the last deal which was pretty good. Thanks OP! I am erring towards waiting to Christmas though…
There is obviously some margin still in these as my kids high school has them on the BYOD list through JB Education, it's device + type cover + pen + Win 10 Pro (not S) for $980 inc (save $8 but get 10 Pro). The don't seem to offer the Microsoft Complete 2yr for Surface Go with Accidental Damage Coverage ($140) which, knowing my kid, is totally worth it.
Still going to hang out for the Xmas/post-Xmas sales but so far it's been hard to beat their deal.
Bro, get Pro not Go! The CPU no bueno.
Underrated comment right here
For some people the portability of the go is worth the performance trade off.
cheaper here JB Hi-Fi then use two HN Amex credits?
You sure? The way I read it, it's $839 for the device, then it's $899 for the bundle w/ the Type Cover
Oh right this includes a cover I thought you had to pay for the cover but just read it’s additional
If you can be bothered selling one of the type covers, this seems like a better deal than the previous ones. $909 gets you the 8/128 Surface Go + 2 type covers (1 standard black, 1 signature cover).
I think I'll hold out for a deal on the LTE version, but I don't think that's going to come for a while now.
If they put this on their eBay store, might be even cheaper with the next 20% Microsoft eBay Sale!
