  I just tried and it is not combined with Dell current promotion.
  For example: Inspiron 15 7000 on dell, $1,999 after I apply the code in from uni days, price going up over 2k

  Actually for some reason it glitched, I thought it went through. Damn. Or perhaps someone used it before i actually paid even though it applied to my cart.
